Kids coached by masters excel at California State HS champs

American records in M95 400 and M80 5K racewalk in SoCal
Competing at today’s Pasadena Senior Games — also called the California Senior Olympics — Bill Moremen, 81, mowed down the American record in the 5,000-meter racewalk. Masters double and triple up at high altitude in Lake Tahoe
Competing in the same high-altitude region that hosted the 1968 Olympic Trials, masters ran wild (and had great jumps and throws) Saturday at the King of the Hill Lake Tahoe Master Track & Field Meet.
