Earl Fee’s new masterpiece a keeper—if only for tantric sex chapter
Earl writes: “According to Randy Sturgeon of National Masters News (selling my book) who ‘Really likes it,’ it is a book about living well but has training ideas that can be used by and sprinters and distance runners alike.”
It’s selling for as little $20 online. Highly recommended for more than just the sex chapter. He covers it all, synthesizing the latest research in supplements, cancer prevention and all manner of mental training via poetry and spirituality.
Get it for the holidays.
More info about Earl’s book, courtesy of Earl:
Earl Fee has launched his 660 page 37 chapter book on anti-aging titled: “100 Years Young the Natural Way.” In view of its size and since it is divided into three parts: Body, Mind, and Spirit/Spirituality the coverage on this topic appears to be most complete.
Some of the main chapters are: Twenty-five Main Methods to Longevity, Low Glycemic Diet, Supplements, Killer Sugar, Good and Bad Fats, Positive Thinking and Expectation, Suppress Stress, Habit, Humor, the Power of Spirit, Spirituality and even Tantric Sex. To reduce the degeneration which occurs with age─chapters on Exercise (including 10 to 20 Minute Workouts), Strength, Stretching, Balance, and Posture. And to prevent major disease by natural means─five chapters.
The book has hundreds of references, e.g., many scientific research studies. The advice is clear, concise, and practical to direct you to a higher-quality-longer life by natural mehods. It makes for easy reading with the humor, poetry and frequent headings.Runners will be interested in Earl’s new method of short-fast aerobic intervals instead of long-slow aerobic running to build aerobic endurance, which has “proved to be successful for him.”
Honest Fee offers a money-back guarantee if a customer/reader does not reach 100 years.
The book is presently available from www.Amazon.com, www.BarnesandNoble.com and wwwTrafford.com, and in the future from National Masters News.
TEN REASONS NOT TO READ THIS BOOK
Reasons (some serious or part serious) not to read and adapt some of the healthy habits recommended in this longevity and body, mind spirit book:
• You believe departure time is not in your control.
• You do not believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of the cure.
• You know all the preventative measures and natural methods already, but have not the will power or time to implement them.
• You’re here for a good time and not a long time─too busy having fun.
• An extra year or even an extra decade of quality living is not worth the book price. Would rather buy a carton of cigarettes or two bottles of wine.
• You do not believe an extra year on Earth with your loved ones is priceless.
• You prefer a longevity book written by a doctor from the DNA point of view, or prefer a “dummy” book.
• Exercise is beneficial but you cannot spare even 10 to 20 minutes per day.
• Spirit training would be good but you believe in liquid spirits. You’re not interested in developing spirituality (helping others or giving back to the world), but more interested in helping yourself.
• And finally you believe the author’s “money-back-guarantee if you do not reach 100” may be a fraud.
But seriously─we should all be concentrating on quality of life, which automatically leads to extra-life years. How much time and effort would YOU spend to reduce, delay or even avoid some of the following common problems?
• Alzheimer’s disease (avoid or delay)
• Loss of balance leading to a broken hip and a dead end in the hospital (avoid).
• High blood pressure and blocked arteries leading to heart and stroke (reduce, or avoid).
• Many varieties of cancer (avoid).
• Loss of endurance, energy, strength, flexibility and balance that occurs every year (reduce).
• Shrinkage of height by several inches (reduce, or avoid).
Just a few minutes a day of exercise and the right diet can fight these and other problems. There is no greater gift than the gift of life. Take control.

Way to go, Earl. This should prove to be a terrific read. I’m heading toward my 100 with fewer than 20 years to go!
Speaking of running, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHEN REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FOR BLOOMINGTON? I asked my assn., sent two emails and a phone call to USATF. Nothing. To be fair, I did receive a reply from my assn. I posed the question, “When will registration open for Bloomington?” The reply? “I checked the web and registration hasn’t opened.” As you can see, THAT wasn’t my question. Smartty
Yes, you will enjoy it, Jerry. They don’t call him “The Great Earl” just for his running.
As far as the Bloomington nationals, I have seen nothing on the http://www.usatf.org site. I assume that regular entry will close in February, but I don’t know when entry will open. I am expecting a great meet at the excellent Indiana Univ site.
Roger that, Peter. Mine is a simple question and my emails/phone should have begged a simple answer. “No, Jerry, we have no idea when registration will open.”
“Registration will open on….” “Gee, Tex, maybe you’re asking too much.” (^_^)Smartty
Thanks again Ken for the much appreciated/great review for a struggling author.
My acting editor (actually myself) thought my anti-aging book would not be complete without a chapter on sex, although the size of the book was already twice the size of most books. The Tantric sex chapter has proved its worth and is the most sought after chapter by nearly all readers. I have told these people that exercise(mental and physical), and diet are much more important, but they are hearin’ but not listenin’.
Earl, I will be buying your book. Not only can I, after reading it, look forward to better hurdling, but also better Tantric events (practice makes perfect after all!). hoping to see you at a meet next year, Grant L.
Well, Earl, you surely have outdone yourself once again. Three books!!! It’s amazing.Congratulations on yet another great book (Well, the family wouldn’t have expected anything less of….the Great Earl Fee) Signed Katherine the Great herself.
NOW I get it…this board is all about Seniors Track, NOT Masters Track.
I still wake up every morning with wood. It requires effort for me to NOT be sexually aroused.
Enjoy your board, Seniors.
AMR…How much effort? Do you break a sweat?
Masters Runner,#7. Ah,thanks for sharing. (TMI) Although, once again you’ve missed the point. In your case you probably wake up that way because you seem so much in love with yourself. Some might even suggest, (and can ya blame them?), then hey, why don’t you just screw yourself.
To Greg (poster #8) and Larry (poster #9)
Great to see legitimate track posters clearly refute a toxic poster, but also with with wit and humor. Your input is appreciated.
And, Larry, it was good to meet you at the Sydney WMA meet and hope to see you in the future at some meets on this continent.
Regards to all (except to the obviously challenged ‘AMR’ -who could likely be the alter ego of ‘Who’s Your Daddy’). -Grant L
