Masters sought for interviews for the new EverydaySprinter.com

Bob Griffiths

Bob Griffiths, a jazz and Calypso artist, will videotape sprinters at Sacramento this week. He writes on our Forum: “I’m relatively new to Masters T&F and I’m beginning a new blog/website called EverydaySprinter.com. My goal is to share my journey to becoming a better sprinter and tips, techniques and inspiration for those looking to get involved with the sprints. I will be attending my first Masters Outdoor Nationals this week in Sacramento and I’d like to interview (video) some of you sprinters who’d be willing to share a small portion of your stories. Interviews would be short and portions would be posted on YouTube and my site as well. If you’re interested or you could recommend someone for me to contact, please email me at BobbyG@EverydaySprinter.com.â€

Mr. Griffiths, you picked a good meet, as Sacramento will feature some of the quickest sprinters around.

One intriguing matchup will be in M30, as NFL Pro Bowler Lex Bannister (Seattle Seahawks) tries to handle Antwon Dussett in the 100 and 200. Antwon is the defending champion, but can a professioal football player (even if retired) beat him?

My name is Sheila Ridge, and I turn 50 on July 27th.
I am really sad that I could not it to the meet, because I run an office, and I had to put my job over my dream. (a medal wont pay my bills) HOWEVER, come to San Clemente, California.. and I will show you what a 50 year old woman can do on the track. Peace.
