Unbelievable…
Can’t wait to see the records for the outdoor season!
Would there be more than one link to the results?

Kathy also was first in her age group in the 8k x-c – simply stunning. Look for her to win gold in the 800 and 1500m too.
‘Twas not to be in the 800.

Speaking of the 800, Lorraine Jasper won the W55 version of that event, winning by a huge margin in 2:32.73. In all, just five runners broke 3:06 in that race. Oh, well.
Hey, that Roland Gröger set a record. SHould be no questions about this one:

I think it only fair to consider the ages of all runners in a run.Someone who is 69 has a much harder job than someone who is 65 so maybe age graded results should be used when comparing runners.
It would be a great achievement if masters athletics could be more honest.Winning a medal with a poor ranking/performance(world) is very different to winning one with a good ranking. That doesn’t happen at Olympic level very often due to qualifying standards etc.So maybe some thought needs to be given to how this could be done so that masters athletics is taken more seriously generally. Maybe medals are awarded with world rankings and position and published.Any thoughts?
