Rex Harvey wins national masters T&F chair; Spokane nationals
Rex Harvey lost the WMA presidency by one vote in 2009 but handily won the chairmanship of the USATF Masters T&F Committee over the weekend in Orlando. He had 76 votes to 46 for Robert Thomas.
